Where do classes meet?

Classes are held in the Concord area at a variety of woods, parks and playgrounds, and sometimes people’s homes. Class locations will be emailed on a weekly basis.

What do you do in a class?

Every class is different but they all incorporate cardiovascular, core, strength, flexibility, agility and balance training. Through fitness games, circuits, relays, and team building and partner activities, we will challenge your fitness level. Specific exercises may include running/walking, ladders, stairs, shuffling, squats and bodyweight exercises, such as pushups and triceps dips. In addition we play with medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, balance pods and more.

How long is each class?

One hour.

Do I have to be in shape to join?

Absolutely not! All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. We will provide you with the tools, education, safety, motivation and fun that you need to succeed. We will help you reach your goals.

When can I start?

Classes generally run every three to four weeks but you can join at any time and we will prorate the fee.

I have my own group.

Can you come to my location? Absolutely! We are happy to come to your location and train with a group that you have already put together.

How many people are in a group?

The groups range from 4-10 people, so as to provide quality attention to each individual.

Do I have to be in shape to join?

No, all fitness levels and abilities welcome. We will provide you with the tools, education, safety, motivation and fun that you need to succeed.

What do I bring to class?

All you need is a mat, water and appropriate attire for the weather. Light fitness equipment will be provided by us.

What do you do if the weather is bad?

We get out there and move! Classes will generally be canceled due to a thunderstorm, heavy rain or poor driving. An increased sense of accomplishment, camaraderie and empowerment is always the outcome working out in the inclement weather.

What if I decide this class is not for me?

We promise satisfaction or you will get your money back.

In addition to your group classes, do you do your Personal Training outside too?

Personal Training can be done inside or outside. We are flexible and will adapt to your needs and desires.

Where do you do Personal Training?

Personal Training is either done at your home or in local parks, woods, and playgrounds.
